Warden Notices

The Consular Section handles American Citizen Services by appointment only Monday through Friday. Consular officers and local staff assist Americans and their families in serious emergencies such as the arrest or death of Americans overseas. They also adjudicate applications for U.S. passports, assist with some social security matters, issue reports of birth and death for Americans abroad, facilitate absentee voting, and provide some notarial services. Telephone inquiries are accepted between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM at 021-5204200.
